Think about how busy your home is with adults, kids and pets – and don’t forget visitors.  A busier household is likely to need more frequent cleaning.  Typical frequencies are weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly.

We can provide you with a quote right over the telephone.  We’ll ask you a few questions about your home, the frequency of cleaning you’ll like. Remember, you often get what you pay for, so seek good value and professionalism, rather than lowest cost.

Our teams regularly clean between 08h00 and 16h30, Mondays to Fridays.  Normally, you can get on the schedule in just a few days.  The more flexible you can be with day preferences, the quicker we can be there.  Of course, if you have an urgent need, just let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you even to the extent of providing service the same day.

We will send a team of professional cleaning staff.  Our teams are normally three cleaning ladies and a supervisor.  The team will be easily identifiable by their uniforms.  (Uniforms reduce concerns about strangers around your home.)  We schedule the same team every time.  However, if a team member is off that day, we may substitute staff so that your cleaning gets done – which after all is the most important goal.  Rest assured that all our staff are bona fide employees who have all been trained to the same standard.

Your home is, well, yours.  You want a company you can trust and one that can work with you as your needs change over time.

Yes, we do clean windows and sliding doors.  However, for out of reach windows, we will refer you to a recommended company that specializes in this area. 

We will vacuum to the standard.  For heavy soil that needs extraction cleaning, we will refer you to a recommended company that specializes in this area. 

We would ask you to let us know as soon as your plans change.  We try to be as flexible as possible.

No.  You don’t have to, but you may be if you so wish.  Most clients provide us a key just in case they may not be home.

The teams bring all their equipment and supplies.  If you have a favorite product you have that you’d like us to use, we can usually do that too!

For weekly, bi-weekly, payment is due monthly in advance. Springclean, Pre-Occupational Services, Carpet Cleaning immediate payment

If you hire an individual you are responsible for UIF, Worker’s  Compensation, Maternity Leave, etc.  It’s not worth the headache.  Plus too often individuals behave as if they’re part of your family which makes it awkward if they’re not performing.  Instead choose a registered company that has experience and an established business location.

Yes.  You want to avoid companies that use sub-contractors or part-timers since this can often lead to quality and reliability issues.  A company has more control of full time staff

No, as long as the team can safely do their tasks.  Well socialized dogs tend to settle down once they realize the team isn’t there just to give them attention.  Cats tend to magically disappear as soon as the team starts vacuuming.  You know your pets better than we do so feel free to secure them if it’s appropriate.
